Our short film documentary, Rock ‘N Roll Island, is premiering at Raindance Film Festival in a double bill with Rattle the Hocks about Americana music group The Grahams.

Rock ‘N Roll Island is a 30 minute documentary rediscovering Twickenham’s Eel Pie Island – the epicentre for the development of R n B in South-West London in the 60s and a cornerstone of UK Rock history.

Featuring interviews with: Rod Stewart, Steve Hackett, Mick Avory, Top Topham, Phil May, Paul Stewart, Don Craine, Keith Grant, Derek Griffiths, Geoff Cole, Bob Dwyer, Blaine Harris and several Eel Pie Island fans.

With original archive footage (including The Rolling Stones), photos and narration by former Eel Pie resident Nigel Planer.
