Tabatha Andrews makes sculpture, performance and installation exploring how
materials and sound embody memory. She works across disciplines and in a wide
variety of communities and contexts, often working collaboratively. Commissions
include work for the Monument to the Fire of London, the Forest of Dean Sculpture
Trust, Plymouth Art Weekender, Science Gallery London and Chelsea and Westminster
Hospital. In 2015 she made Among Remote Lost Objects for ROOMartspace London
and KARST Plymouth, a sound installation involving composer John Matthias and
blind opera singer Victoria Oruwari.
